Halloween Costume
Contest
Once all your guests arrive at the party, take a vote on
the best and scariest costumes. You can also add as more
categories to your list so more contestants can win smaller prizes (and so no "little ones" feel left out). Hand out a grand prize to the very best costume.
Halloween Pumpkin Seed Spitting Contest
Cut the top off a large pumpkin and remove the inside meat
and seeds.Give each kid five seeds and see how many seeds they
can spit into the pumpkin from a distance. The kid who spits the
most seeds into the pumpkin win a prize.
Guess
How Many Halloween Pumpkin Seeds
Place counted pumpkin seeds in a large bowl or a jar covered
with a lid. Each party guest takes turns guessing how many pumpkin
seeds there are. Whoever guesses closest to the correct
number wins a prize. .
Pin the Nose on the Jack 'O Lantern
This is a spin-off version of the all-time favorite game
among children. On a poster-sized piece of tag board, draw a
huge Jack 'O Lantern, leaving off his nose. Stick the poster
up on the wall or on a large peg board. Let kids take turns being
blindfolded and pin (or tape) the nose on Jack.
Variation: Draw a Halloween witch and remember the pointy hat and nose! Once hung up, decorate the witch with plastic spiders and fake spider webs. Have the blindfolded kids pin (or tape) a BIG ugly wart on her nose!
